KOPERNIK is the sole manufacturer of Toruńskie Pierniki® (Toruń Gingerbread), Katarzynki® and our factory is the only one where they are produced. This is a guarantee of their authenticity and unique taste. The original recipe is kept a secret by the Master Bakers, whose expertise and experience are translated into pastry goods of unique taste and into the remarkable spicy flavour.
